"Leading Bassoon" Piano and Bassoon with Elisaveta Blumina and Emanuel Blumin-Sint The internationally acclaimed pianist and Echo Award winner Elisaveta Blumina is strongly committed to promoting musical talent. Through performance opportunities, she supports young artists in building their careers while simultaneously presenting the "stars of tomorrow" to the audience. Together with her 21-year-old son Emanuel Blumin-Sint, a young bassoonist and winner of numerous international competitions (including the winner of the Fanny Mendelssohn Promotion Prize 2024), who will make his debut as a soloist at the Berlin Philharmonic and Carnegie Hall in the summer of 2024, she creates an exciting and varied duo evening. The program features works by Clara Schumann, Carl Maria von Weber, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Frédéric Chopin, and others. "Leading Bassoon" is also the title of the debut album of the celebrated bassoonist Emanuel Blumin-Sint.
