Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of willow weaving and create your personal keepsake. Tradition meets creativity: The idyllic landscape of the Wurster Nordseeküste, characterized by the distinctive willow head trees, would be hardly recognizable without these ancient trees. For generations, the residents of the region have used the flexible willow branches for a variety of everyday items – from fish traps to transport and storage baskets, as well as cradles and wall constructions for houses and barns. You have the opportunity to learn this ancient craft in a unique course and create small works of art yourself.
