Time Travel Bodenteich

Open-air stage "Time Travel Bodenteich - History Comes Alive" at the courtyard of Bodenteich Castle. Moderated and guided by storyteller Silke Kannen, participants stroll around the castle and are surprised by theatrical performances on historical themes at seven locations. There, the audience can expect brave sword fights, jugglers, mystical legends, dancers, and much more. The volunteer acting group, which originated from the theater group "Sventasie," has developed scenes and stories from the chronicle of Bad Bodenteich, bringing them to life in theatrical form. Since there are scenes that depict the Middle Ages as it truly was, the group asks parents to prepare their children for this. The event lasts approximately 1½ hours. The theater group believes that art and culture should be accessible to everyone, which is why the tour itself is free of charge.
