Heart Qi Gong is a form consisting of 8 movements aimed at activating the cardiovascular and immune systems. Blood pressure can be regulated. The movements have a positive effect on the mind and are both calming and invigorating at the same time. Morning and evening meditation in silence, discussions, and short lectures complement the seminar. Detailed information and registration options can be found at www.gsi-bevensen.de - The sessions will take place in cozy seminar rooms, adjusted to the weather conditions.
