Highly sensitive people perceive their environment more intensely. This can be enriching on one hand, but on the other hand, it can lead to exhaustion in everyday life more quickly than for others. From her own experience, lecturer Marianne Schumann, an experienced yoga teacher and educator, understands the needs of highly sensitive individuals and has adapted her yoga practice accordingly. Marianne Schumann explains: "Yoga has significantly helped me to build stability for everyday life and to feel good. I am happy to share these experiences with those interested." Being highly sensitive is not a weakness; it is an invitation to feel deeper, live more consciously, and treat oneself with kindness. The seminar includes gentle Hatha yoga, exercises for meaningful tension and relaxation, the power of small breaks, strengthening the parasympathetic nervous system ("rest nerve"), breath guidance and breathing exercises to reduce sensory overload, and the development of an individually tailored yoga practice.
