Heart Qi Gong is a form consisting of 8 movements aimed at activating the cardiovascular and immune systems. Blood pressure can be regulated. The movements have a positive effect on the mood and are both calming and invigorating at the same time. Morning and evening meditation in silence, discussions, and short lectures complement the seminar. Note: This course is certified by health insurance companies and is supported by them.
