Relaxation, play, and fun for parents with babies and toddlers in comfortably warm water. The sensation of being able to develop in the weightlessness of warm water is a natural state that the embryo experienced in the mother's womb and promotes the further development of the central nervous system after birth. Gentle stretches through rhythmic movements with the flow of water and against water resistance, as well as moments of stillness, strengthen basic trust and body awareness.
