Lecture by the VHS Salzgitter: My Inner Child and I 2: Exploring Our Beliefs and Transforming the Negative into the Positive

Whether we received too little love from our parents as children or experienced neglect affects how we can love ourselves and others with whom we have an emotional connection. The inner child within us is a powerful force in our love lives. Especially in partnerships, our early experiences of affection and disappointment operate subtly. This workshop is about discovering this childlike part of ourselves and addressing our negative beliefs that have shaped us significantly. These beliefs unconsciously influence us to a large extent even today. We will attempt to uncover these beliefs and transform them into positive ones. The goal is to recognize, understand, and take full responsibility for the childlike part within us. This will strengthen our self-love and self-esteem. The workshop supports: resolving relationship crises, dealing with separations, heartbreak, detachment from parents, overcoming feelings of guilt, losses due to death, professional crises, burnout, depression: moving from heaviness to strength, managing emotions such as fear, sadness, anger, finding peace within oneself, searching for meaning. Workshop series: W 1 Our Childhood W 2 Beliefs W 3 Our Shadow Child W 4 Our Sun Child. This event does not provide psychological or psychotherapeutic counseling or therapy; however, active participation and exchange are explicitly encouraged. The instructor, Ms. Boldt, is a recognized alternative practitioner for psychotherapy as well as a systemic family counselor and therapist.
