Theme run of the Running Group Rastede e. V.: In the footsteps of the dukes

The series of Oldenburg themed runs is organized annually by various running clubs from the Oldenburg region. Each club takes turns as the host and invites members from the other clubs and all other interested parties to join them on their own running routes. Distances between 5 and 20 kilometers are offered for running and walking. The offered distances and speed groups are determined by the respective organizing club. Each route is accompanied by at least two locals; often, different paces are offered on the various routes. There is no timing, registration is not required, and no entry fee is charged. Afterwards, the club invites participants to enjoy drinks and snacks. On January 25, the themed run of the Lauftreff Rastede e. V. will take place, leading "in the footsteps of the dukes" through and around Rastede, and everyone is warmly invited to join.
