Thai cuisine offers so much more than curries! In this course, you will learn how to authentically prepare Tom Yum, Pad Thai, spicy papaya salad, and more. The dishes have been slightly "mildened" to suit European tastes. Please bring a dish towel, a drink, and containers for leftovers.
