City honors athletic achievements on March 11, 2026 The city of Hann. Münden will hold the 2025 Sports Awards on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Knights' Hall of the Welfenschloss. The most successful athletes of the year 2025, as well as their coaches, will be honored. A total of 54 athletes achieved outstanding results and will be recognized for their performances. As the highlight of the event, the nominees for the Athlete of the Year, Sportsman of the Year, and Team of the Year will be announced. Afterwards, citizens will have the opportunity to vote for their favorites digitally via the Hann. Münden app. The announcement of the election results and the awards ceremony will take place during the Night of Sports on Saturday, March 21, 2026.
