As the days grow shorter and autumn settles in outside, it's time for warming cuisine filled with flavor and good ingredients. In our cooking course "Autumn Cuisine with Heart & Pumpkin," everything revolves around seasonal organic products, genuine craftsmanship, and dishes that warm you from the inside. The pumpkin is the star of the show—versatile, regional, and truly a marvel of autumn. Together, we will cook a fall menu, learn new preparation methods, and demonstrate how a few high-quality organic ingredients can create a lot of enjoyment. Of course, we exclusively work with the best organic products, many of which are from our own range. The course is designed for anyone who enjoys honest cooking, a cozy atmosphere, and new inspiration for everyday life, whether you are a beginner or a kitchen professional.
