The Vikings set up their camp by Lake Dümmer. As they engage in various activities from the Viking Age, you can observe their work closely. Experience tablet weaving, cooking demonstrations, or flute making, listen to tales of the gods and round lore, learn how leather was processed back then and how belts and bags were created, with needle binding and embossing techniques. Rungholt invites you to participate in various activities. On Saturday evening, a sunset cruise by candlelight and a small fire show are planned.
