Steffen Wendel has been a guitarist since early youth and is shaped by a freely improvisational style, while Uwe Schmidt, a studied professional drummer of the highest caliber, impresses with his skills. The duo has its musical roots in the improvisation scenes of the 70s and 80s; elements of jazz rock, flamenco, rock, and blues dominate their program. In the unique atmosphere under the starry sky of the planetarium, the concert promises an impressive, instrumentally driven journey, where improvisation and precision interact in an intriguing way.
