Ayurveda meets Ewilpa®

During this tour, the two experts Sylke Bukowski and Silke Schauer from Staatsbad Pyrmont will demonstrate how the Indian healing philosophy of Ayurveda applies to the Edible Wild Plants Park (Ewilpa) during a walk. The meeting point and start of the walk is at the Friedrichsquelle, opposite Bombergallee 3. The different seasons bring us the best wild and medicinal herbs right to our doorstep, helping us stay fit and energized throughout the year. The two experts, Sylke Bukowski, a trained specialist advisor for self-sufficiency with edible wild plants, and Silke Schauer, a trained Ayurveda nutrition and health consultant, will guide us on an entertaining and informative walk through the fascinating world of regional herbs. It will also become evident that Ayurvedic principles can be found and applied here in Central Europe as well.
