Wilderness Wadden Sea - Letting Nature Be Nature

Storms, tides, open horizons, and a nature that doesn't always conform to our expectations: The Wadden Sea is true wilderness. On this ranger-guided tour, you will experience the Wadden Sea of Wangerooge as a habitat full of change. We will discuss wilderness, natural processes, and why humans are merely guests here. This is a relaxing and exciting tour for anyone who wants to experience nature on Wangerooge from a new perspective. Pre-registration is required at the National Park House Wangerooge (Email: nationalparkhaus@wangerooge.de; Phone: 04469 8397). Suitable for children aged 12 and older and adults without prior knowledge. The route is approximately 3 km long and partly goes through the dunes as well as over uneven unpaved paths. Please bring wind- and weatherproof clothing. The excursion may be canceled at short notice in case of heavy rain or wind. Binoculars can be borrowed.
