Moorbahn Winter Ride with Punch Break

A winter moor train ride through the Ahlenmoor to the observation tower. During the 90-minute winter ride through the Ahlenmoor, the moor train travels directly to the observation tower at the large moor rewetting areas far out in the nature reserve. Here, the view over the winter landscape is expansive, and the silence is almost palpable. It’s amazing what beautiful colors this season brings. Anyone who knows the moor from the warm summer months should also indulge in its winter beauty. A knowledgeable moor train guide will accompany you and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. To combat the cold, there will be hot punch and pastries available at the observation tower. Blankets are provided, but please dress warmly nonetheless. Registration for groups of 12 or more can be made by calling 04778 81200. There are also places available for guests with wheelchairs. In this case, you must register in advance with MoorIZ via email (mooriz@ahlenmoor.de) or by phone at 04757-8189558, as the seats need to be specially prepared. Unfortunately, online ticketing is not possible in this case! Dogs are not allowed on the moor train! In extreme weather conditions, cancellations may occur.
