Stork representatives accompany the storks in the Gifhorn district throughout the entire season – from their arrival in spring, through the breeding period, to their great departure south. The nests are monitored, the behavior of these fascinating large birds is observed, and active efforts are made for their protection. In this photo presentation, you will gain an exciting insight into the life of the storks, the practical working methods of the stork caretakers, as well as interesting events and challenges. In addition to current information about the nests in the northern district, there will also be some tips on how we humans can actively contribute to the preservation of these beloved birds.
