Austria Backyard Ultra – Seekirchen/Wallersee 2026 The Austria Backyard Ultra is coming to Seekirchen am Wallersee in 2026 and will also serve as the venue for the Backyard Ultra World Team Championships!
Mode:
Every full hour, all runners start a 6.706 km loop. They have exactly 60 minutes to complete it. Anyone who does not finish the loop in time and is not at the start of the next loop is eliminated. The race continues until only one participant remains (open end).
Date and Start:
Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 09:30 AM, the starting signal for the first yard will be given.
Location:
Strandbad Seekirchen am Wallersee, with the start and finish directly by the lake.
World Team Championships:
Alongside the open Backyard Ultra, the Backyard Ultra Team World Championship will take place, where teams can compete against each other.
