Autogenic training offers effective relaxation techniques for stress management and health promotion. At the Lindenplatz Clinic in Bad Sassendorf, practical exercises are taught under the guidance of Gabriele Felder, which can be learned without prior knowledge. Participants are asked to bring a towel. The courses take place in the relaxation room of the sports therapy department. Prior registration is required.
