The conference and congress center in Bad Sassendorf will offer weekly dance classes from October 2025 to April 2026, led by the experienced dance instructor Mariola Kickelbick. These classes will take place on Mondays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Participation is possible without prior knowledge and is open to all interested individuals. Various dance forms such as group, circle, or line dances to lively music will enhance the quality of life. Dancing promotes flexibility, endurance, coordination, reaction ability, and concentration, and supports cognitive functions. From May 2026, the classes will be held again in the spa park.
