Thai cuisine, known for its harmonious balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors, offers a culinary journey through exotic taste worlds. In this course, the characteristic ingredients and spices of Thailand will be introduced, and their preparation explained. Participants will prepare authentic dishes under guidance and then enjoy the meals they have created together. It is recommended to bring an apron, several dishcloths, a sharp knife, and containers for samples.
