Caring for people with dementia presents significant challenges for relatives and friends. A specially designed course offers in-depth information about the disease, provides practical support for everyday life, and explains relief options as well as their financing. The focus is on the individual experiences and questions of the participants, which will be discussed in a professional setting. The event is organized in collaboration with the Coordination Office for Elderly Care, the Dementia Network of the city of Lünen, the Nursing and Housing Advisory Service of the Unna district, and the Regional Office for Aging, Care, and Dementia in Dortmund. The speakers are experienced professionals in the field of elderly care in Lünen.
