In this course, both realistic and abstract painting techniques using acrylic and oil paints will be explored, supplemented by current examples of contemporary art. Participants should bring the following materials: paints, brushes, turpentine, stretched canvas or oil/acrylic painting board, pencils, sketch paper, as well as photos or image references.
