Zumba® Fitness is a dynamic dance and fitness program that combines Latin American rhythms with effective training methods. It integrates elements from aerobics, interval training, and resistance training to maximize fat burning, strengthen the cardiovascular system, and promote muscle building. Licensed Zumba® instructors guide participants through varied choreographies that include both fast and slow movements. Participants should bring a large towel, a drink, as well as comfortable sportswear and indoor shoes.
