Thing - Material Theatre Without Words

In the production "DING.", a fascinating interplay of light, air, and floating elements unfolds. The performers interact with the "thing," lifting it, dropping it, tilting, swaying, and dancing, transforming themselves and creating new stories in the process. This material theater without words invites the audience to explore the complexity of an object and grasp its meaning. As the "thing" is not only handled but also understood, a piece emerges, seemingly by chance, with body, material, sound, and light. The performance is aimed at audiences aged 2 and up and lasts about 35 minutes. "DING." was awarded Children's Theater of the Month in April and is presented by Karoline Hoffmann and Julika Mayer.
