Harvest Festival Herringhausen/Stirpe-Oelingen

On September 7, 2025, we warmly invite you to the traditional Harvest Festival in Herringhausen. The festival grounds will become a meeting place full of encounters, regional specialties, and harvest joy on this Sunday. The highlight is the harvest crown, crafted by the "Feldkämper Women," symbolizing gratitude and community. The day begins at 10:30 AM with an ecumenical service in the auditorium of Herringhausen Elementary School, musically accompanied by the Herringhausen Brass Band and the Arenshorst Gospel Choir. Following this, local mayor Dieter Klenke will open the harvest market featuring handmade unique items, regional products, and culinary offerings. For children, there will be a carousel, bouncy castle, and freshly baked waffles, while vintage car enthusiasts can admire the historic vehicles from the "Hunteburger Klassic Treff." There will also be plenty of culinary delights: the popular pea soup from the elementary school support association, the cake buffet from the "Firewomen," and numerous stalls inviting you to indulge. The Harvest Festival in Herringhausen combines tradition, community, and joy of life – join us in celebrating a special day full of encounters and good spirits.
