Leadership Island Fortress Wilhelmstein

Visiting the island of Wilhelmstein accompanied by our tour guide is not just an excursion into the history of Count von Schaumburg-Lippe, but a truly special experience. You will cross over to the island on the "Meerhopper" (formerly a line ship) accompanied by our tour guides and learn more about the life of the count during an exciting tour. The fortress can be explored via stairs on different levels. Meeting point: Jetty Strandterrassen, Meerstraße 2, 31515 Wunstorf - Steinhude or directly in front of the entrance to the island fortress. Costs for the tour: Adults €10.00, Children €5.00. Please have the exact amount ready if possible. Tickets for the crossing must be purchased separately from the passenger shipping service. Return trip at 3:30 PM or 5:30 PM.
