This city tour through the city center provides insight into the fascinating history of the Lion City. Braunschweig was founded about 1,000 years ago, and around 850 years ago, Henry the Lion expanded it into his residence. You will stroll through medieval alleys and discover the traces of Hanseatic merchants and the Welfs at historical sites that have shaped Braunschweig for centuries. The city tour on Sunday will be conducted in both German and English!
