This tour takes you to the hidden green landscapes on the outskirts of Osnabrück's old town: secret gardens, ancient trees, wonderful park areas from the 19th century, and historical walls are waiting to be discovered. Learn all about the caves beneath Gertrudenberg and find out where Osnabrück's first "Provincial Asylum for the Insane" was once established. Get up close to one of the oldest churches in Osnabrück and join us in the Bürgerpark, northeast of the city center. Note: The tour also includes a visit to the monastery church and the AMEOS clinic - however, the Gertrudenberg caves will not be visited from the inside!
