In her birthplace Stade and in historical attire at Agathenburg Castle, the tour guide will take you on a quest for traces of her life. Maria Aurora von Königsmarck, whose grandfather had Agathenburg Castle built, was one of the most interesting women of the Baroque era. First, the guide will lead the participants through the birthplace of the countess, Stade. Here, there will be explanations about the power center at Sande, the birthplace of Aurora von Königsmarck, and the fortress built during that time, of which the remnants of the ramparts still surround the old town of Stade today. After a break, the tour continues at Agathenburg Castle. There, the guide will take on the role of Maria Aurora von Königsmarck and welcome the participants in historical attire.
