The Brunnenstraße is once again filled with authentic Bavarian atmosphere. Alongside live music and dancing at three venues, Bavarian delicacies are offered to suit every taste. Pork knuckles, sauerkraut, spit-roast, onion cake, white sausage, and many more culinary delights, as well as a vibrant market scene. Traditionally, the October Market is opened on Friday at 6:30 PM with a tapping of the beer barrel by Mayor Klaus Blome. The October Market is open daily until 11:00 PM. On Sunday, the shops in the city center will be open from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
