Dieter Thomas Heck was then the figurehead of the successful show "ZDF Hitparade." The fast-talking host had numerous stars as guests and presented the weekly biggest hits in Germany. The ensemble "Pyrmont Pops" brings these melodies back to life with new, fresh arrangements. Among them are 15 German cult hits such as: "Ein Bett im Kornfeld," "Deine Spuren im Sand," "Aber bitte mit Sahne," "Die kleine Kneipe," and "Fiesta Mexicana." The Pyrmont Pops ensemble includes Arndt Jubal Mehring on flute, hosting, and arrangements; Katharina Kunzendorf on violin; Iwona Tatarczyk and Max Gundermann on cello; and Andreas Vogt on percussion.
