Endurance-oriented cardiovascular training for every fitness level! The natural buoyancy of water is gentle on the joints and relieves the spine. This makes the training suitable even after joint and spinal surgeries, for gentle muscle building after injuries, in cases of disc problems, and for weight reduction. Sole-Biking combines the principles of classic biking with the healthy and pleasant effects of water. The effective movements are guided by specially trained instructors and are accompanied by music to keep the energy high. Fun is not neglected. Each training session includes specific exercises for the upper body, as well as a warm-up and relaxation segment. The training is suitable for every fitness level and age. It improves the performance of the heart and circulatory system and has a strengthening effect on the back, abdomen, legs, and buttocks.
