Around 1000 half-timbered houses shape the cityscape of Wolfenbüttel - naturally, there are plenty of interesting and exciting stories to tell about their origins, past and present uses, as well as their inhabitants. Many half-timbered buildings conceal beautiful courtyards. Some of these courtyards can be discovered during this themed tour, where you will also hear fascinating stories about the history of the associated buildings.
