Starting from the meeting point at Lessinghaus, we will embark on an exciting journey recounting stories from Lessing's time in Wolfenbüttel, along the Oker meadows to Braunschweig. The total distance is approximately 32 kilometers. On two wheels, we will follow in Lessing's footsteps. This guided bike tour includes a wealth of information about Lessing's life and work in Wolfenbüttel and takes us through the lush Oker meadows to Braunschweig, where he passed away. Lessing himself traveled this route several times during his life. A communal picnic in Braunschweig concludes this fascinating tour, after which we will return to Wolfenbüttel. Participants are required to bring their own food and drinks.
