The festival series Open Sound brings live music to the Göttingen weekly market square this year. On June 26 and 27, July 10 and 11, as well as August 7 and 8, 2025, bands will perform in the afternoon and evening hours at the weekly market – free of charge and accessible to everyone. Among those participating are Dota, Kytes, ok.danke.tschüss, Sweety Glitter & the Sweethearts, and the children's music band Pelemele.
