He has played with jazz greats such as Joe Henderson and Dave Liebman and has released music on labels like "Candid Records" and "Timeless." His concerts have taken him to many European cities, and his works have been broadcast on television in several countries. Ignatzek received the "Lower Saxony Artist Scholarship" in 1991 and published renowned jazz teaching materials that reflect his 30 years of teaching experience.
