A pleasant sound vibration creates space for feeling good and relaxing. The harmonious tones calm the mind, while the rhythmic vibrations loosen the body. Its gentle effect makes sound massage an extremely effective and holistic relaxation method. Typically, a deep and soothing relaxation begins with the very first sound massage. The sound massage journey is suitable for promoting relaxation and provides space to feel good and reconnect with oneself. To beautifully round off the experience with the gentle sounds of the singing bowl, I offer a group sound relaxation at the end.
