Have you ever heard of laughter yoga? Are you curious or have you already participated in a course of this kind? Here you have the opportunity to laugh freely from the heart without any reason, joke, or similar. Not on command, but with guidance, you can start smiling. Laughter and smiling make us feel more liberated and provide us with greater mindfulness, allowing us to perceive ourselves and our bodies more consciously. Laughter yoga is simply fun!
