Sound experience in the salt grotto Bad Laer The beauty of a sound is not only revealed in what we hear, but also in what we feel. (Franz-Josef König) With sound instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, wind chimes, xylophones, or sansulas, vibrations are created that reach both the body and the mind, as well as the senses. Sound vibrations help to direct our perceptions inward and achieve a conscious deep relaxation. The body and mind calm down, and boundaries dissolve.
