Public Crime Tour 2026

"Friesland" Crime Tour Since 2013, 22 episodes of the "Friesland" crime series have been filmed in the city of Leer. Already, 20 episodes of "Friesland" have been aired, and there is a growing fan base that not only enjoys watching the films but is also interested in further information about the filming and the shooting locations in Leer. In collaboration with the city guides in Leer, a guided tour has been developed that not only showcases the filming locations but also provides a wealth of background information. Registration is requested! Please note that we can only accept registrations until Friday at 12:00 PM. Groups of 8 or more can also book tours at krimifuehrung(at)leer.de. The price is 5 euros per person, payable on-site. Children up to 12 years pay half. The start and meeting point for the crime tours is in front of the Historical Town Hall.
