This romantic magic opera in four acts tells the story of a love that is a matter of life and death. Undine, a female water spirit and adopted daughter of an elderly couple, must marry a mortal man in order to gain an immortal soul. However, if her love is betrayed, she must kill the unfaithful man and return to her water.
