Breast cancer affects about one in eight women in Germany during their lifetime. Early detection is crucial to increase the chances of recovery. Dr. Zehren, chief physician of the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics and head physician of the Breast Center Münsterland, explains in her lecture how individual risk factors can be influenced and demonstrates a guide for self-examination of the breast. She will also answer questions regarding further examinations in case of abnormalities. The lecture will take place at the Old Town Hall in Haltern am See.
