Open Gardens Uckermark: House Garden Hollerhof

Come and visit the small but diverse garden of Claudi & Jörg, featuring self-built raised beds filled with crops such as lettuce, Swiss chard, pumpkin, and zucchini. We are particularly proud of our native heirloom varieties and our simple Mediterranean herb garden. In our young permaculture strip, you will find mulberries, lavender, aronia, and more, while our growing international varieties of tomatoes and chilies provide colorful fruits every year. A highlight is our bee and insect bed with borage, marigolds, lavender, and coneflower. Enjoy our unique multi-fruit tree with its mirabelle plums and regular plums. For tea lovers, there are special beds with peppermint and rosemary, and on the meadow, nettles, goutweed, and sorrel thrive. In addition to nature, you can also visit the gallery of Andrea Eloma Speer, which captivates with her artworks, as well as the new "Souvenir Shop" on the summer meadow.
