Just when you turn away from it for good, because it has disappointed you too often and too deeply, it ambushes you with all its might once again. And you find yourself thinking once more: What if this time… what if it really… Nothing is more utopian, promising of happiness, illusory, and beautiful than it, to which humanity ultimately owes its existence and survival.
