For over 200 years, the Cottbus Baumkuchen tradition has existed. Made from the finest ingredients and crafted in a manufactory quality, this sweet treat is produced in the old town of Cottbus. The heavy batter requires more than 15 baking stages on the roller, which is still turned by hand today. The "Cottbus Baumkuchen Lady" loves her city and, of course, the Cottbus Baumkuchen, sharing all sorts of interesting facts during the tour through the old town.
