Exhibition "Human Machine: Return to Earth"

The E-WERK Luckenwalde, the JUNGE AKADEMIE of the Academy of Arts, and the E.ON Foundation are pleased to present the group exhibition of the Human-Machine Fellows 2024–2025 at E-WERK. Works by Assem Hendawi, Emerson Culurgioni & Viktor Brim, hn. lyonga & Safiya Yon, Kira Xonorika, Maithu Bùi, Rae Hsu, and Sonya Isupova will be showcased. On September 19, the partners will also present the music festival "Human Machine Music" at the Stadtbad Live Luckenwalde, featuring live performances by Bendik Giske, Discovery Zone, and Nazanin Noori. The exhibition "Human Machine: Return to Earth" aims to reignite the climate discourse through multifaceted material, symbolic, and cosmological encounters across different times, speculations, and origin narratives. The artists explore the intersections between different worlds to engage with the interconnected planet in new ways.
