A soothing break from everyday life opens up space for new perspectives and exciting discoveries about one's own inner strength. In the midst of the special North Sea atmosphere, the psychological immune system is specifically strengthened – with a combination of theoretical impulses and practical engagement with central resilience factors. Complementary carefully selected yoga sequences deepen the content on a physical level and accompany the experience throughout the week. The weekly seminar will thematically address: Health/Illness, Resilience Factors, Mindfulness, Acceptance, Optimism, Future Orientation, Self-Regulation, Network Orientation, Self-Efficacy Expectation, Self-Care, a total of eight yoga sessions of 60 minutes each. Note: The seminar lasts one week. Dates: September 22 to 26, 2025, or April 27 to May 1, 2026. Times: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM to approximately 12:00 PM.
