The Heimatverein Asbeck organizes the traditional "Schnadgang" every year on May 1st, a historical customs festival where the boundaries of the Asbeck estate and the former noble ladies' convent are walked. Dressed in historical costumes, riders and foot participants move together through the landscape. After the boundary walk, a celebration takes place in the village with musical accompaniment and a variety of children's programs. This event provides a lively insight into local history and tradition.
